Selling your home is a large task.  And once you have decided to sell your house, whether for necessity (job change), or lifestyle changes (family changes, downsizing), you are committed and ready to just get it done.  We understand that readiness and will help you complete the pre-listing tasks quickly so we can get your house on the market.  Selling a home, like buying one, goes more smoothly if everyone knows what’s involved and how the process proceeds.  When we list your home, we'll go over the process between preparing it for the market, listing it, and contract-to-closing.  It is rare that we list a house a few days after meeting the homeowners.  Our process is very different and usually involves some home updates and repairs, as well as a comprehensive staging plan.  Check out the book here for some before and after pictures and a better understanding of what we offer our clients.  Then you can review the additional resources below for more information.
